Tend to be impatient? Want to be already there?

Tend to be impatient? Want to be already there?

Tend to be impatient? Want to be already there? Jumpy? What is underneath impatience?

I have been offering to measure what blockages people have to break through to be able to work on becoming all they can become.

I am looking and measuring people against 43 Bach energies… It is quite challenging, because there is no frustration, anger, resistance, belligerence, etc. are on that list… Bach energies are the energies of plants… Testing people and my questions against those 43 test my patience. It is not quick. It is not obvious, until it is… Until I see it.

But, to my surprise, it is actually possible to find the answers to these questions: Continue reading “Tend to be impatient? Want to be already there?”

Sober eyes… having an inner state like macarena

Sober eyes… having an inner state like macarena

I got an email this morning from a student whose numbers are doing the macarena… up and down.

You can hear the exasperation in her voice… WTF? I am so good. I do the work. I don’t see wrong… so
What. The.F?!

Hear the emotion? Not sober eyes…

What is going on is shown by your emotions… the hissy fits, the yelling, the WTF. Continue reading “Sober eyes… having an inner state like macarena”

The myth that is between you and the life can love

The myth that is between you and the life can love

Myth is a widely held but false belief or idea.

Your soul correction has one element that serves as linchpin.

A linchpin is the ‘thing’ that holds a construct together. But to remove the linchpin you need to be willing for everything to fall apart… temporarily.

This is a difficult thing to do, even though you may be able to see what’s on the other side: when you rebuild yourself anew.

What’s on the other side, potentially, is a you who isn’t stuck with what you have now: fear, anger, disappointment, discouragement, hopelessness, distrust, resistance… whatever the linchpin of your soul correction is. Continue reading “The myth that is between you and the life can love”

Go for tada… it can take you a long way

Go for tada… it can take you a long way

In numerology, the number 4 is the luckiest number: because of it, like in a chimney, you can go up… no sideways moves.

As a young architect I was once sent to an industrial chimney, hundreds of meters tall… You climb it by a ladder… Yeah, that is what restrictions are… you either go up or down, not 360 degrees…

I just hung up the phone with a friend of mine who lives down the street.

She was railing about all the restrictions, and how miserable life has been, and how she has no ‘ta da’ experiences since the exercise classes have been canceled. Continue reading “Go for tada… it can take you a long way”

Too scared to get out of your rut? to even try?

Too scared to get out of your rut? to even try?

I looked at the current numbers of the epidemic in New York and in my city this morning.

I caught a glimpse that the websites now offer ‘mental health’ advice on how to cope. Continue reading “Too scared to get out of your rut? to even try?”

What is genius? You probably think it’s brilliance…

What is genius? You probably think it’s brilliance…

intuitionI have a love-hate relationship with my intuition.

The common myth is that intuition is a good thing, it will tell you what to do so you can win in life.

I have a bone to pick with that notion…

Intuition, more often than not, takes you to places you don’t want to go… Mind you, if you want to be true to yourself, if you want to know yourself, you have to… but you really don’t want to… Continue reading “What is genius? You probably think it’s brilliance…”

What do YOU organize your life around? Want or feel?

What do YOU organize your life around? Want or feel?

What do YOU organize your life around? what you want? what you feel?

Where do you look to see how you are doing? And where do you look to get the desired result?

Most people look at how they feel. Other people look in the mirror… Yet other people look at the feedback of others… or the sales numbers if they are selling something. Number of hours they have fun. Number of lovers, or number of times they get laid… Continue reading “What do YOU organize your life around? Want or feel?”

What is your ‘one thing’? Not a laundry list!

What is your ‘one thing’? Not a laundry list!

I got an email this morning, from one of MY coaches, Troy, asking what is the one thing I am known for… or maybe should known for?

He didn’t say it that way, but maybe should have.

He asks:

° What is it that you are KNOWN for?
° What is it that you WANT to be known for?
° What is it that will bring customers BEATING DOWN your doors?
° What is that ONE thing for you?

This is an amazing set of questions that can create incredible clarity… if you also add: the one thing needs to be something that you are so good at that it has become enjoyable.

Don’t be known for something you don’t enjoy. Continue reading “What is your ‘one thing’? Not a laundry list!”

The little sh*t score makes its grand entrance…

The little sh*t score makes its grand entrance…

Transformation is not what the pictures say: you lost weight… no, that is not transformation.

Transformation is when what you see changes, without any changes in reality. What you see changes

  • because YOU changed, inside… or
  • because where you are looking from… your attitude, your vantage point… and now you see different.

The second way of transformation is often easier to get, but it still depends on its success on who you are inside…

If the inside doesn’t change, then the transformation disappears fast… in a blink of an eye. Continue reading “The little sh*t score makes its grand entrance…”

The unfair advantage: your birthdate and birthplace

The unfair advantage: your birthdate and birthplace

Some have it better than others. You knew that, right? But you didn’t know is why.

And no, it is not all in the genes. And no, it doesn’t all boil down to money or means. Or education, or opportunities.

No, the biggest unfair advantage is… whether you were allowed to play or not.

The difference between play and playful?

One of my students writes: Continue reading “The unfair advantage: your birthdate and birthplace”
