You need to be astute to know when to pursue a goal and when to quit

astute-examplesMy site gets a lot of hits… people looking to find out how they too could become astute…

Astute people are happier, wealthier, more popular than others.

Of course they are looking for a quick fix to what the opposite of astute is: blindness, unawareness, cluelessness, being a bumbling idiot, or not being able tell their elbow from their ass.

I am not talking down at anyone… I was looking at myself to come up with those opposites.

We are clueless some of the time, most of us: most of the time.

More about what is using your life… prepare to be surprised

More about what is using your life… prepare to be surprised

when-youre-barely-scraping-byI am continuing the work of gathering all my products on one site… More than 200!

It’s amazing how much I have to offer… I am embarrassed to tell you that with more than 200 products that work, I am barely scraping by on what I earn.

But, this is how it goes.

If you don’t know what you have, if it is all over the place, if people don’t know what you have, or how to get it from you… you’ll be poor.

This applies to most of you, maybe all of you.

You have a lot more to offer than what you are offering.

Why? Mostly because what is using your life isn’t interested in you being rewarded for your talent, skills, or products.

What causes you turmoil has a strong connection to your intrinsic Self, either positively or negatively

What causes you turmoil has a strong connection to your intrinsic Self, either positively or negatively

puppet-on-a-string-2Continued from the previous article…

Sometimes the turmoil is caused by some inner pressure that is societally driven.

When being true to yourself is not politically correct.

Your ability, your capacity to hold controversy and ambivalence comes really handy when you have a turmoil.

Why? Because the urge to call the turmoil wrong, and the urge to look for a fix is overwhelming if you don’t have that capacity, that emotional and spiritual maturity.

And most people don’t.

When you’re suddenly in turmoil inside and say: Opportunity

When you’re suddenly in turmoil inside and say: Opportunity

I am in turmoil, right now. Inside. Have been for a few days… Since Sunday night…

Some people use milder language. They say they are out of sorts… Same thing.

What happens when you go from a relative cease-fire, stand-still, contentment, to a state of ‘what is going on? Why do I feel so bad?’ Continue reading “When you’re suddenly in turmoil inside and say: Opportunity”

What is using your life? The process of “wondering about” and how to stop it.

What is using your life? The process of “wondering about” and how to stop it.

embraceThis will talk to everyone… including you.

Chances that you escaped this 0.3 percent. Slim.

OK, this is how it works in the world of the mind:

  1. Something happens. Puzzling. Scary. Something that doesn’t make sense.

In my case, many cases! my mother calling me a whore at age three… Or not taking me to the funeral of my little sister. Or stop the conversation when I entered the room. Or beating me up for a reason invisible to me.

You don’t know why. You are young, or you just can’t see everything. Because this can happen at any age. But mostly it happens when you are little.

What is digestion, and why you should know that, intimately?

What is digestion, and why you should know that, intimately?

digestion-illustration_acs_webAre you planning a cleanse? purging? A drastic change of diet? Based on what? Ignorance?

You can’t be well, you can’t be happy, you can’t be sharp if you are not well inside!

One of the reasons today’s human suffers is this: you have delegated most if not all decision making to “experts”… and you hoped that you would never have to know anything about those areas of life and you’d be safely and nicely taken care of.

A step on delegation in the 67 steps begs to differ.

Unless you have at least cursory and accurate knowledge in what you are delegating, you are setting yourself up to being the sucker…

Case study: how to have spiritual growth with practical results

Case study: how to have spiritual growth with practical results

I am completing the third cycle of the 67 steps.

It’s taken me seven months and 10 days…

Lots have changed since I started.

I have, so far, dropped 23 pounds, about 10 kg. My bone structure is starting to show… starting. I didn’t diet, but I completely overhauled my diet, removed everything that doesn’t agree with my body, and added all the nutrients that are essential. I feel good, I have no cravings, and it is very sustainable… I can live like this till the day I die.

I have gone from completely sedentary, because of pain, to sprightly, as some people called me yesterday. I now only have pain when walking.

I am in better mood than ever, I laugh easily, and feel good about my life, about life itself, about being alive. Big change. Continue reading “Case study: how to have spiritual growth with practical results”

What is the intrinsic role of commitment…?

What is the intrinsic role of commitment…?

commitment-to-marryWhat is the intrinsic role of commitment… making a commitment, committing to something?

Ever asked the question why people get engaged? Engaged to be married…

Engagement is making a commitment…

But commitment is tricky.

Real commitment comes from the Intrinsic Self, and you don’t need to make it. It is what the Intrinsic Self wants you to do…

Most things you call commitment, are impositions on the Intrinsic Self, impositions on you. Duty, obligation, drudgery.

They come from either an outside goal or an ego goal… and they don’t get the support of the Intrinsic Self.

The engagement period drives up the real sentiments, and if there is any honesty, will prove or disprove the authenticity of the commitment.

Authenticity means: coming from the intrinsic Self.

Capacities are like doors: they can be closed, they can be open.

Capacities are like doors: they can be closed, they can be open.

Closed door, closed capacity: that is clear. No traffic is possible. Open, that is a whole other ball game: the door can be open anywhere from 1% to 100%

I activated the Unconditional Love capacity: the degree to which the intrinsic Self and the invented, the fake self can interact and bring peace, joy, fulfillment, creativity, curiosity to one’s life.

Watching people, I am more than certain that they think: I’ve done it…

But…

My capacity is 70% open… Not 100%. I have done this activation a 100 times. I have the activator in every glass of water I drink. And in five years I got to 70%.

Matsa, my very first student is at 50%.

And another old student of mine is at 10%.

What is the difference?

The inner jail keeper. That robs you of your Self

The inner jail keeper. That robs you of your Self

kill-your-fatheror

The reward system that robbed you of your Self… and made you a pig that doesn’t want to fly

As a Jew, I have, firmly rooted, a conviction that I am a chosen one. Not The Chosen One, but A chosen one.

This may be the secret to my attitude that I hear guidance in so many things.

And because I expect guidance, it shows up.

This may be the secret…

It is Monday morning, and of course, the Monday Morning Memo has arrived.

This morning I chose to listen to the memo, instead of reading it.

The memo was dramatized, much like a radio advertising… Radio advertising I haven’t heard in many years.

I was cringing. I hated it. But it made me think:

What people are saying isn’t so much in the words, but it the attitude that is fueling them. Continue reading “The inner jail keeper. That robs you of your Self”
