The counter-intuitive nature of transformation

The counter-intuitive nature of transformation

Every wildly popular teacher, speaker, book, movie, motivational or otherwise is wrong. As in low truth value… about what they are teaching.

Why? because they are tuned into your Matrixian self, the one that believes that somebody or something can do it for you. Whatever you want… through them you can have it.

Sinek says: you need to know your why.

Wildly successful and wrong. All he does is make you even more entrenched you in your  unreality… your ditch.

Here is an example: I have been attempting to drop the 15 pounds I packed on during the Covid. Continue reading “The counter-intuitive nature of transformation”

Return to sanity. Get out of your head and live in reality

Return to sanity. Get out of your head and live in reality

humans avoiding pain‘The masses have never thirsted after truth.

They turn aside from evidence that is not to their taste, preferring to deify error, if error seduce them.

Whoever can supply them with illusions is easily their master; whoever attempts to destroy their illusions is always their victim.’

Return to sanity? What sanity? Isn’t everything, including ourselves getting better and better? The best we have ever been? No… 🙁

Whatever you can see yourself doing you can do

Whatever you can see yourself doing you can do
  • see yourself-doingIf you can imagine it, you can achieve it.
  • If you can dream it, you can become it
  • Believe it and you can

Lots of inspirational quotes say the same thing, so today we’ll examine what is the truth about this whole seeing/doing, seeing/being thing.

I won’t say bullshit on these, although this time yesterday I would have. And I would have been wrong… and I would have been right.

What?! Yeah. Continue reading “Whatever you can see yourself doing you can do”

How to build a life worth living, if yours is not like that

How to build a life worth living, if yours is not like that

cathedral built of matchsticks, a life built of habitsToday I got struck with an insight.

I have written 613 articles on building, that is roughly 10% of all my articles, and yet I have noticed that building didn’t, hasn’t become part of the vocabulary of clients and readers of my articles.

Why is that?

I am not sure, but I think that it is a mindset issue. Continue reading “How to build a life worth living, if yours is not like that”

Why you do what you do, why you don’t do what you don’t do?

Why you do what you do, why you don’t do what you don’t do?

epicurus god trilemmaThere are two types of students and there are two types of teachers.

Teacher One says: I’ll teach you!
Teacher Two says: I won’t quit until you learned it!

Student One says: I’ll come to your class, I’ll pay for your program and then I’ll try!
Student Two says: I’ll do whatever it takes to make sure I learn it and have it for myself. Continue reading “Why you do what you do, why you don’t do what you don’t do?”

Pivoting. You can’t pivot in your head. Only in reality

Pivoting. You can’t pivot in your head. Only in reality

find a fixed point and a long enough stickFirst let me set the context for this article: For the past almost 30 years I have been mainly a mindset coach, and secondarily a healer.

It seems that in today’s climate, in today’s low vibration, low consciousness climate my work is not appreciated. Continue reading “Pivoting. You can’t pivot in your head. Only in reality”

Are dogs happy? Are cats happy? Are humans happy?

Are dogs happy? Are cats happy? Are humans happy?

I woke up this morning. Felt a sore throat. I started to get dressed. Put on my socks, my thick padded pants, and… went back to bed.

I slept a little, pondered a little during that hour.

I am reading a book by Neal Stephenson (Termination Shock) that is dealing with global warming. It is a tome… 720 pages. Very interesting, albeit nothing much is happening, at least not as far as I have read, 75%. Continue reading “Are dogs happy? Are cats happy? Are humans happy?”

When you are late to the party you see who is swimming naked

When you are late to the party you see who is swimming naked

Pardon for mixing my metaphors… but…

I am downloading five movies that people on Reddit reported watching more than seven times.

These movies are part of the culture, and I have missed it.

I am seeing, again and again, that I came to this party late… It was already going on. Continue reading “When you are late to the party you see who is swimming naked”

We met the enemy and it’s us… we get in our own way

We met the enemy and it’s us… we get in our own way
The biggest problem we have in life is ourselves. You’d think it’s others, but it is really you.

We’ve met your enemy and it’s us. Get out of your own way! You are your worst enemy!

The sayings abound, because ultimately until you change, nothing will change. But how to change? Continue reading “We met the enemy and it’s us… we get in our own way”
