The reason you are miserable… You are on the leash

you are on the leashHave to, need to, want to, and should: you are on the leash 24/7.

I woke up this morning and noticed that I haven’t been very busy. not much to do. I mean I am writing my articles, doing the services I promised, but not busy. I didn’t feel on the leash… delicious.

I wonder what I should do, now that I am not busy.

I came up with the idea to write a book: The empath’s job in a world where people are going numb.

Then I came to my computer and read a client’s email… and I had a flash of insight why humanity is going numb…

This is what this article is about. So you, at your place, in your person, arrest or maybe even reverse this seemingly unstoppable process that has resulted in your misery, carefully hidden, across the world, maybe even China. Who knows?

Anchor to doom, ET phone home, connecting to Source

connecting to sourceConnecting to Source, being connected to Source is what you may want but you haven’t been able to… This article explains why and how you can. It’s a process.

I didn’t plan to write about this… I didn’t plan because like so many things that have disappeared… what isn’t there is… well, what isn’t there isn’t there.

But from time to time a client, a student reminds me…

And that’s exactly what happened: a client, an all around great guy wrote:

I looked to at what i might be hanging onto without noticing..

could grief or despair have some part of it? I used to find myself listening to music about sadness and hard times and used to think about sadness a lot. I used to almost create it in relationships with anyone, family/ friends/ myself.

I connected to him, deeply, and there it was: a whole lake of sadness that he was circling…trying to avoid being sucked into. It felt like the pit of despair, it felt like a black hole. Continue reading “Anchor to doom, ET phone home, connecting to Source”

You can take the girl out of the culture, but can’t take…

You can take the girl out of the culture, but can’t that the culture out of the girl…

What culture am I talking about? The homo sapiens culture. The culture of the mind. The cult of the mind.

I am not the first person to talk about it, talk against it… Not even the second… lol.

But it is all in vain… Continue reading “You can take the girl out of the culture, but can’t take…”

Anxious? Fearful? There must be a belief underneath…

Everyone has an Achilles Heel. Mine is deceit…

On the surface it looks like I make that behavior wrong… but what is underneath it is a concern.

A concern is what keeps your foot nailed to the floor so you cannot do much more than dance around that nail.

The concern is feelings stupid when I fall for the deceit… when I can be duped, when I am too stupid to be able to tell.

Of course I could say: I love people, I see the best in them, blah blah blah, but that is not the point.

I have an impossible standard for myself to never miss the sign of deceit, to never be found out that I am too stupid to see it a mile away. Continue reading “Anxious? Fearful? There must be a belief underneath…”

Mayday, Mayday… I am attacked, screams my brain…

I have another article I have already written this morning, but I am interrupting my regularly scheduled broadcast to deal with an emergency… did that sound like a public service announcement?

OK, this is what happened.

I get an email every time someone buys something. Which is often. But it is an interruption I like… after all money is almost always welcome.

Except when I decide to refund it… like just a few minutes ago.

I went to look at the person’s facebook profile, and to the linked pages: the person is doing personal development work with people. Continue reading “Mayday, Mayday… I am attacked, screams my brain…”

What Causes Weather Extremes? Floods, Earthquakes, Draught?

Why didn’t the world end like the Mayan predicted?

The Universe is not exactly a cause and effect phenomenon, it is too complex to detect causality in it. From the limited perspective of the human mind, no causality can be detected… it looks random and capricious.

Humans always wanted to reduce the risk that Life is, always wanted to understand how it works, always wanted to reduce Life to a formula. This is what gave rise to religions.

Religion, organized religion, puts you in the cause and effect mindset. They are doing it to control you, to control your behavior. It puts you in a false sense of security: you are doing the right things, so only good things can come out of it… Continue reading “What Causes Weather Extremes? Floods, Earthquakes, Draught?”

Soul correction: your only way to raise your vibration

“The planets may impel but not compel” say Rob Brezsny, and, if in nothing else, we agree on this point.

If the planets compelled, then soul correction, as a trajectory, would be an oxymoron… leopards don’t change their spots.

My soul correction is “Forget Thyself” which impels me to place myself higher than anyone else, including any authority, including Source.

Today that soul correction, that behavior, that attitude only shows up about 10% of the time. I say this in celebration of free will… how I behave, what attitude I bring to life is up to me: I can bend even though the planets impel me to be rigid.

According to Kabbalah, somewhat the bedrock of my mindset, free will is what created the physical universe. Continue reading “Soul correction: your only way to raise your vibration”

True or False. Books, programs, religious beliefs, magic

Occasionally people from other ‘disciplines’ email me and ask me to muscletest with Source if what they are taught there, what they believe or want to believe as true or false.

I could get billions of emails like that, because all belief systems, especially religion, have beliefs that are not true.

If you are someone who love your beliefs, stop reading… If your beliefs sustain you in life, stop reading. Continue reading “True or False. Books, programs, religious beliefs, magic”

You never know where your learning will come from

You never know where your learning will come from… bits and pieces

I put all the cash I had at hand, $25, in an envelope yesterday and wrote on it: to Frank the mailman. Today I found a Christmas card, the only one I got, from Frank the mailman, saying “Thank you for the gift.”

I cried. I am still crying. Big learning here… even though I don’t know what it is… Hopefully by the end of the article I will.

-o-o-o-

I just spent a few hours listening to really smart behavioral economists,

At the end, when they thought the microphone was already off, the interviewer and the interviewee said: “we should do this every day, we could get good at it.”

-o-o-o-

Then I watched the movie Two Popes… cried a lot. Identified with the two Catholic priests… surprised myself with that.

Intrapersonal emotional intelligence, looking within and see

Intrapersonal emotional intelligence, the ability and willingness to look within and see accurately

People with intrapersonal emotional intelligence are adept at looking inward and figuring out their own feelings, motivations and goals. They are quintessentially introspective. They analyze themselves and seek understanding. People with intrapersonal intelligence are intuitive and usually introverted.

A year or two ago I saw a rather amateurish but good Singaporean TV show (The Truth Seekers) that shook me to my core… and woke me up.

I may be a conspiracy seeker… but I have a hunch that we, humans, have been trained, for millennia,  by society to look the other way, to deny human nature, and escape into nice-nice, and sugar and spice, instead of confronting head-on what we call human nature.
