Your hate keeps you stuck until you learn

Your hate keeps you stuck until you learn

your hate keeps you stuckYou are going to hate this article, and your hate keeps you stuck.

Focus on what you can control, not what you can’t.

Why? because the truth hurts. And what hurts: you hate. Makes sense, right?

And instead of using it as fuel for yourself to go in the direction you want to go, you’ll use it to spill all your energies on it, you’ll say: she is lying, you’ll say whatever you’ll say, but you’ll fixate on it… instead of taking what I say, and use it to actually get where you want to get to.

How do I know? Because I have been observing thousands of people over the years, and that is what all of them does.

All of them?

I dare to say all… Continue reading “Your hate keeps you stuck until you learn”

Leonardo’s Mona Lisa has 30 layers of paint…

Leonardo’s Mona Lisa has 30 layers of paint…

Masterpiece. None of those paint layers is thicker than a single hair.

Can you imagine the patience and concentration that required? I’m going to propose that you be inspired by his approach as you carry out your big projects in the coming year. I think you will have the potential to create at least one labor of love.

Says Rob Brezsny… He is talking to Libras, but he could be talking to me too… I have, according to Source, have applied already 27 layers of ‘paint’ in creating my masterpiece, developing the technology to turn homo sapiens into human being.

What a perfect fit, I thought… and then I noticed, that the guiding is for Libras… and I am a Virgo… WTF… lol

‘You can’t move mountains by whispering at them,’ says singer-songwriter Pink. Strictly speaking, you can’t move mountains by shouting at them, either. But in a metaphorical sense, Pink is exactly right. Mild-mannered, low-key requests are not likely to precipitate movement in obstacles that resemble solid rock. And that’s my oracle for you in the coming months, Virgo. As you carry out the project of relocating or crumbling a certain mountain, be robust and spirited—and, if necessary, very loud.

Wow, that is a perfect fit too… Continue reading “Leonardo’s Mona Lisa has 30 layers of paint…”

Where did the inspiration go?

Where did the inspiration go?

where did the inspiration goI wrote this yesterday asking myself: where did the inspiration go?

I know it’s Christmas morning and you want to open the presents and all that…

but I want to share with you what happened in my house… so you can learn. Instead of presents I got a few emails elves and elvettes? (is that the feminine form of elves?)

Talking about festivities, and holiday season, but no gifts. WTF?

And Spock like pointy ear musings about stuff… except no Christmas spirit.

Inspiration, it seems have gone away with the epidemic, and that is what i want to talk about in this email.

Where did the inspiration go? Continue reading “Where did the inspiration go?”

Want to grow? Master outcome independence!

Want to grow? Master outcome independence!

outcome independenceZen: Chop wood, carry water. An outcome independent series of actions. Outcome independence .

Western Culture: What is your why? Create big audacious goals, take bold actions…

One is outcome independent with an overarching goal of inner peace. Not now, not at this moment, but for life.

The other is outcome dependent, judging every step for the result it produced or not, resulting in misery. Continue reading “Want to grow? Master outcome independence!”

How you look at a thing makes all the difference

How you look at a thing makes all the difference

Sometimes I get up in the morning and then do maintenance stuff on my computer, of play Freecell, because there is nothing that is pressing me to write about.

As soon as I look at myself playing Freecell that it is a process I trust to bring up topics I could write about, within a game, 3-4 minutes, a whole topic emerges.

It was there, it just needed to be called.

Last Saturday I had a tech teacher of mine on my 3-wishes workshop. I invited him, I comped him in, and he came.

I treated him special, and he got to see something about himself that he can now deal with. He saw that his fixed way of being with nearly anything is that he is resentful… while he could be grateful. Continue reading “How you look at a thing makes all the difference”

The Upside of Your Dark Side. Your shadow is your gift

The Upside of Your Dark Side. Your shadow is your gift

the-upside-of-your-dark-sideI am reading the book “The Upside Of Your Dark Side”.

It’s about living a full life, being a full person, being fully in your power.

This is not the norm of the day… We have become comfortable, and comfort means the elimination of discomfort… duh.

It sounds wonderful, but it isn’t.

It leads to an “un-full” life, where you have no tolerance, no use, no place, no room for unpleasant things, unpleasant thoughts, unpleasant feeling.

Feel powerless? What will it take to become powerful?

Feel powerless? What will it take to become powerful?

I have been observing that someone from Tallin, Estonia, a former Soviet Union country, has been spending time on my site.

And then in yesterday’s email, Vishen Lakhiani from Mind Valley announced a new masterclass: Unconditional Self-Love.

I don’t know what his wife is going to teach on that masterclass, but I know one thing: it will be, most likely, really beautiful, nice, heartwarming, and utterly ineffective. Why?

Answering that why is what this article is about… what they won’t teach you at Mindvalley. Continue reading “Feel powerless? What will it take to become powerful?”

Are 30 day challenges worth doing? Are 66 days better?

Are 30 day challenges worth doing? Are 66 days better?

Somehow it seems that 30 days are almost enough to establish a habit… even though other reports say: it takes 66 days.

One of my old students who had not participated in anything I offered for 8 years now, decided to join the Validation Challenge.

The discipline of doing something daily and get daily feedback on how that action worked started to create a miracle.

Some people surrender to discipline, some people welcome it as an accountability device, others continue doing what they always do… which is either doing nothing, or doing something that is based on some misunderstanding. Continue reading “Are 30 day challenges worth doing? Are 66 days better?”

The evil C-word, or is it C-words?

The evil C-word, or is it C-words?

I’ll talk about 4 words in this article that make you dead man walking…

  1. That original incident…

Little Harriet is going to be 2 years old on the 8th.

I can see her, I can hear her. I am pondering how a little girl with two loving parents will experience something traumatic at age 3 that will, for life, determine her seed level… Looks very unlikely. Continue reading “The evil C-word, or is it C-words?”
