What is the path to getting what you want?

What is the path to getting what you want?

You get what you want by playing according to the rules of reality.

But what are the rules of reality?

You may have a delusion or two regarding those rules.

We are born young and little… and the rules for the young and the little of any species are different than the rules for adults. But we humans didn’t get that the rules change… So we live as if the rules for infants and toddlers were still the rules for us, no matter how old we are. In our self-image, in our sense of self we are still young and little… About three years old, when the rules were changed on us. Continue reading “What is the path to getting what you want?”

Why is this happening to me? Why? Oh Why?

Why is this happening to me? Why? Oh Why?

Why is this happening to me? add the whiny voice… and you can hear that this is not a useful question.

On the other hand, when you can answer that question (without asking it first), it has the same effect as a light switch flicked in a dark room.

So, how do you get to the answer without first asking that whiny question?

What would be possible if you could choose to be not needy?

What would be possible if you could choose to be not needy?

I am having a strange experience. It is pleasant. Bubbling. Stimulating. Lovely.

I am not the first one, not even the only one to teach what I teach. I am not alone. This knowledge of the human condition and what works and what doesn’t is holographic.

I am competitive. Maybe it’s my soul correction (34). I like to be the best, the first, the only one. And totally counter to that: I like to know that I could have partners and we could soar together.

I found a ‘soulmate’ who teaches a lot of what I teach to a narrow segment of people: who can see that in life you get what you negotiate for successfully. Jim Camp.

Soul correction: Circuitry: the end of hoarding

Soul correction: Circuitry: the end of hoarding

Money and the soul correction: Circuitry: the end of hoarding: the end of being the end-all…

Circuitry is a code word for not holding back.

I have already written articles about tithing in the context of the Law of Attraction. I was knocking it.

But there is something about tithing, (or better said: donating, sharing the wealth, giving away a portion of what is yours, in the form of money,) that is very relevant for everyone, and especially relevant to people with this soul correction, circuitry.

So, first let’s see what is the mindset and the behavior of a person with this soul correction:

If you play to win, always, you can’t get good at anything.

If you play to win, always, you can’t get good at anything.

You may think that you want… That you really really want something. But the truth is: you really really NEED it… because you feel that without it you are… what? dead? a loser? what are you really afraid of?

Real want is energizer, real want is nurturing. You have no real wants. You have needs…and you are pitiful.

What happens if your ‘needs’ are dominating your life? If you are the 8-billion? Continue reading “If you play to win, always, you can’t get good at anything.”

The secret why the 8 billion isn’t successful and can’t be

The secret why the 8 billion isn’t successful and can’t be
If the caterpillar planned to become a butterfly, there would be no more butterflies.

What does that mean?

Planning to become, having a goal is counter productive. It takes your eyes off the here and now, and fixates them on some future pie-in-the -sky idea… Continue reading “The secret why the 8 billion isn’t successful and can’t be”

Transformational methods to get you unstuck

Transformational methods to get you unstuck
Or how to set the context to alter the story and therefore alter your actions?

Whether you know it or not, your relationship to life is stiff, inflexible, and therefore ineffective.

You look at things, always, from the same exact perspective, and therefore you see, always, the same old, same old life: good or bad, the same. Continue reading “Transformational methods to get you unstuck”

What is the difference between you and someone smarter?

Do you think it would be worthwhile to learn what is the difference between you and someone really ‘smart’? So you can become smarter, maybe even really smart?

Someone really smart makes fewer mistakes in every area of life. They know what to take personally and what not to. They know how to spend their money. And they also make smarter choices. They get paid more because they spend more of their time with what produces value. Etc. Etc. Continue reading “What is the difference between you and someone smarter?”

Your life-success score is low… how do you raise it?

Your life-success score is low… how do you raise it?
Your starting point measurements tell me the whole story that you are.

And the picture of putting all those starting point measurements together also tells me how humanity as a whole is doing.

Pitiful.

But why?

Most people think that what they do when they are at their best, when they go to church in their best church-going outfit, when they are smart, nice, funny, or can answer a question right… that that is who they are. Continue reading “Your life-success score is low… how do you raise it?”

One of the undistinguished urges is ‘cheap closure now’.

One of the undistinguished urges is ‘cheap closure now’.

One of the undistinguished urges is ‘cheap closure now’.

When you are looking for something through a filter, you’ll see nothing else, but what the filter allows you to see.

Your filter is most likely your worldview…

When you see a problem, you immediately look for a solution… it is human nature to do that. But the nature of reality is that every solution comes with a cost. And often the cost is a bigger problem that will plague humanity with huge problems.

One of the worldviews that will match this urge, cheap closure now, is the worldview that says: ‘It’s not worth it’. Continue reading “One of the undistinguished urges is ‘cheap closure now’.”
