Your self-image is always the context of your life

Your self-image is always the context of your life

I watched this Belgian three and a half hours of utter ‘nothing is happening on the screen’ fascinating film.

It was a perfect illustration to many of the things I see, many of thing things I say, many of the things you experience and you don’t understand why.

In the very first Forum I participated in in June of 1985, the Forum Leader was screaming as he came down the side steps of the auditorium. He was screaming: You have your shit together! But that is all you have together!

It was weird.

I didn’t have my shit together… so I didn’t know why he was saying that. Continue reading “Your self-image is always the context of your life”

Why would reality change when you use different words?

Why would reality change when you use different words?

First off, reality always changes… but from our perspective, this is the correct question to ask:

Why does reality SEEM to change when you use different words?

There is reality, that is, at best, a collective hunch. Even what we do seem to see from reality is just isolated fragments, and we don’t see their connection to the whole. So reality is an unknown, unknowable entity as of now.

So what we call reality isn’t really reality. In fact, depending on the person, it can be as ‘unreality’ as 100%. Continue reading “Why would reality change when you use different words?”

Self-concern: how self-concern takes you out of the flow

Self-concern: how self-concern takes you out of the flow

life is a process. concerns block the flow of lifeYou don’t live successfully. Your desire is much higher than your results. You are often, maybe always disappointed in the world, in yourself… but you don’t know exactly what is wrong.

So first let’s look at what is the underlying issue, because there must be an underlying issue if you don’t live successfully, right?

The natural state of things is that you live successfully.

There must be a cause to which ‘not living successfully’ is the effect. So what is the cause? Continue reading “Self-concern: how self-concern takes you out of the flow”

I wrote about ‘It’s the system, stupid!’ the cause of misery

I wrote about ‘It’s the system, stupid!’ the cause of misery

The other day I wrote about ‘It’s the system, stupid!’ the cause of misery.

The question I am not sure I answered is this: what is this system?

So in yesterday’s Friday Podcast, I looked with Bonnie, what is the system, really. The Friday Podcast is a one-on-one coaching. I am the coach, and Bonnie is the coaching client. It is real, not play acting.

And what I saw is that the system is really the seed level of a person, of an organization, of a business. The seed level. Continue reading “I wrote about ‘It’s the system, stupid!’ the cause of misery”

When I say: It’s the system, stupid! Where do you look?

When I say: It’s the system, stupid! Where do you look?

Some people, a few, will know where to look. The rest is clueless.

So why would they be clueless?

Because they can’t connect the dots.

What is connecting the dots?

It is seeing the relationship between seemingly unrelated things, seemingly unrelated data.

Seeing what is cause, what is effect… Continue reading “When I say: It’s the system, stupid! Where do you look?”

How can you use your intention to great success? Astuteness

How can you use your intention to great success? Astuteness

How does an animal, how does a human animal develop astuteness?

Astuteness: acute in perception and sound in judgment

Astuteness is a word that expresses to what degree what one sees is actually what one think one sees.

Incoming information needs to be interpreted by the brain so the action can be a good match to what is happening.

So you identify what you see accurately.

The average accuracy, the average astuteness on the planet is 1%. Continue reading “How can you use your intention to great success? Astuteness”

What is the most important thing to learn and practice?

What is the most important thing to learn and practice?

If I were you, participating in my programs, I would ask: what is the most important thing for me to practice and maybe even bring it to mastery.

When I look at the people I have the opportunity to observe, what I see is that they are mastering in:

Intention is the beginning of all transformation

Intention is the beginning of all transformation
The power of intention

Most people don’t know the power of intention, it because they have never experienced it, because they don’t know how to get access to intention.

They never intend. They live inside wanting to, needing to, having to, and should… the horizontal plane, the Valley of the Shadow of Death… Fear of death, fear of annihilation. Continue reading “Intention is the beginning of all transformation”

Action, the only thing that moves anything…

Action, the only thing that moves anything…

There is a glitch in human consciousness that doesn’t see that the access to any experience, success, failure, love, anything is THROUGH action.

I think a large percentage of humanity considers that they can experience all that like a virtual reality… through some virtual reality glasses.

Honestly, when I see that, I think this humans actually already live in some matrix.

But here is the rub: I think even in the Matrix one can only experience what comes from their actions… unless it is an experience from some mind altering drug. Continue reading “Action, the only thing that moves anything…”

All you can do is enough. But are you doing all you can do?

All you can do is enough. But are you doing all you can do?
start-crawlingIt is what it is

The hardest thing for anyone is to allow things to be the way they are and allow people to be the way they are, without loss of respect, without calling it or calling them wrong.

I have had to deal with that for at least 40 years… But I think I finally can.

I realized the vast differences in my students in the 67 step coaching program. I realized that each and every one of them are on the level they are. Their level of intelligence, their level of awareness, their level of education, their knowledge, their willingness. Continue reading “All you can do is enough. But are you doing all you can do?”
