When did this begin that today 91% of people are judgmental?

When did this begin that today 91% of people are judgmental?

In the land of Israel 2000 years ago only 10% of people were wholly judgmental…

It isn’t the Bible, it is what the church says, right and wrong, is that encourages you to judge.

Judging something or someone wrong causes an immediate reduction of tension.

Tension between high emotion and the resting, neutral emotional state.

It’s the law of thermodynamics (Physics anyone? First law of thermodynamics, also known as the law of conservation of energy, states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but it can be changed from one form to another.). Heat moves to cool. A ball that you throw up returns to the surface of the Earth, often through your hands. Continue reading “When did this begin that today 91% of people are judgmental?”

You: The Happiest person or the happiest looking person?

You: The Happiest person or the happiest looking person?

You won’t be surprised that 70% of you will choose ‘happiest looking’, because what people think, what they say about you is more important to you than how you feel. And that makes you an eight billion… unfortunately.

What do Sophie’s 1000 do that you probably don’t

The only real difference between you and the 1000 is your relationship to what you do. The 1000 cause what they do. Nearly 100% of the time.

Whaaat?

You see, it is difficult to teach how to cause… because the distinction is missing.

It can only be seen from what it isn’t. What isn’t causing. In some way, what isn’t choosing… although the overlap is only 30%. Continue reading “You: The Happiest person or the happiest looking person?”

Paying the piper for a decision my 2-year old self made

Paying the piper for a decision my 2-year old self made

My article writing teacher says that the way to write a good article is to have three topics and let people know what they are, ahead of time.

This is the same dude who takes three months of vacation every year… maybe he knows something most don’t, and therefore it is worth listening to him?

So here are the three topics:
1. work-life balance: how the masses are wrong
2. your straitjacket… a detrimental early decision
3. what you eat… how it makes you ill or keeps you well. Continue reading “Paying the piper for a decision my 2-year old self made”

Life: Cooking from recipes… or being a master chef…

Life: Cooking from recipes… or being a master chef…

Audio introduction by me:

I have been anguished by the inability of my clients to abide by their food list and make it fully satisfying… Result: their well being tops off at 10%, while mine is 70%.

Don’t have your food list? Get it now.

Get your food list
I saw an article that suggests that following recipes is way inferior to knowing how to cook, knowing the patterns, the principles, the methods, the science and the art of preparing food. I republished that article here Cooking Jazz

Preparing food and your relationship to it is a ‘how’, not a ‘what’. And how you do anything is how you do everything, remember?

If your relationship to food, to the preparation, to cooking is in one way, we’ll find the same one way in other areas of life. So pay close attention to what is your relationship to cooking: this can be life altering.

What’s a fundamental difference between a 1000 and you?

What’s a fundamental difference between a 1000 and you?

Alex Hormozi is a 1000.

I started to write this post yesterday while I was listening to Alex’s video on youtube. And of course it is the next day, and I have no idea what is the one thing I saw yesterday.

So lesson #1… when you have an insight, write it all down, don’t count on your memory.

Moreover: don’t count on your memory for anything… In fact have no use for your memory.

People whom I found unteachable all do everything in their memory and thus they are unteachable. Continue reading “What’s a fundamental difference between a 1000 and you?”

Mastery? Nobody got time for dat! the 8 billion’s attitude

Mastery? Nobody got time for dat! the 8 billion’s attitude

This article will be about mastery… and the path to it…

Mastery is a missing distinction… as if really ‘aint nobody got time for that‘. It is so missing that people don’t even hear me saying it. It is up with the idea of distinction… nobody hears that either.

But why are people not hearing me? So this article is going on a hunt, hunt not for Red October, but for the stuff that blocks even hearing… Ready? Let’s go.

Here is a ‘podcast’ I did back in 2018 right after I broke my left wrist…

Two years ago I took on going for mastery in writing articles. I spent a few thousand dollars on all kinds of training. Courses, books, newsletters. A few days ago I had to ponder if I was boring people. I wrote about it…

I got an email next morning from Hawaii. Continue reading “Mastery? Nobody got time for dat! the 8 billion’s attitude”

A fish cannot learn to climb a tree, but you likely can…

Are you climbing the tree of life or are you stuck?

If you think that learning what is written in a book, said in a video, in a lecture, you never learn.

Those words, those happenings, those pictures are only food for thought, and if you are not capable for independent thought, contemplation, then no your kind of learning, no reading, no books, no videos, no classes can and will help you in anything.

Is it that you can’t? Source says: no. You can’t. And you won’t.

The question is: why?

Hate me as much as you want. Call me a bore. Call me repetitive.

It is because… Continue reading “A fish cannot learn to climb a tree, but you likely can…”

What is the opposite of courage? It’s not fear, it is…

What is the opposite of courage? It’s not fear, it is…

There are two main ways to live. It is the closest to black or white I have found in nature.

Living things that have their eyes in the front… the predators that go ahead and discover, that live through risk. And prey animals, that are hunted and killed for food.

Of course humans want to be very smart, so they added the categories: philanthropist and supporter, but in this b/w categorization philanthropists and supporters are also prey animals.

So what? you could ask, but there is something important to know here: Continue reading “What is the opposite of courage? It’s not fear, it is…”

What if integrity is living like the Creator intended?

What if integrity is living like the Creator intended?

What if we are not mice that make a mess while the cat is elsewhere… What if it is in our best interest to consider that the Creator is watching us… and doing what he intended for us to do, without grumbling, willingly, and with joy?

What if liberty to do whatever you want to do is not just stupid but also what makes you miserable… because the smart way to live is by the design the Creator created for us? And that is not liberty… it is living by design.

Design is always restriction.

What if the order of things is… Continue reading “What if integrity is living like the Creator intended?”

The undertow… why you don’t, why can’t get ahead, until…

The undertow… why you don’t, why can’t get ahead, until…

The undertow is an apt analogy to what is going on in humans… why they do or don’t do things. It’s invisible. So you can’t fix it… And it’s not wrong… and yet it destroys, and kills lives.

Yesterday I bought an ebook for the third time.

The same ebook. Why would I buy it again? Because I’ve never actually read it.

Now, that ebook cost twice as much as what I charge for a 3-hour workshop. And my hand was quite hesitant when I clicked the buy button… I was spending my weekly food allowance on a measly ebook. For the third time.

But if I eventually read it (lol) I may profit from it that much or more a week… so it is worth it.

But why on earth did I buy it three times? Continue reading “The undertow… why you don’t, why can’t get ahead, until…”
