Let’s learn to have kind eyes… Is it learnable?

Let’s learn to have kind eyes… Is it learnable?

One of the problems that humanity is dealing with is this: they are too quick to judge, and judge disfavorably.

No patience. No compassion. And definitely no kind eyes.

So what is this kind eyes thing?

It is letting go of judgment. Letting go of standards and ideals. And letting go of demanding perfection. Continue reading “Let’s learn to have kind eyes… Is it learnable?”

If you are not for you, who is for you? What does that mean?

If you are not for you, who is for you? What does that mean?

Unclarity, confusion about these two, wants and needs can and will lead to unhappiness.

Some people go so far as add demand to this confusion.

So let’s create some clarity in this area, so you can finally have some access to joy, fulfillment, contentment, and feeling good about yourself and your life, shall we?

Let’s start with a question:

What do you want more of in life but you can’t seem to get it?

My secret weapon or what I use in healing myself and others

My secret weapon or what I use in healing myself and others
Energy Healing

The Big Bundle is what I use to heal 90% of the time. Another energy is the Heaven on Earth (bundle) and the Source Light Energy.

We all hear and read about energy healing. And we hope they work… But most of that healing doesn’t work or it’s disappointing. Why? Continue reading “My secret weapon or what I use in healing myself and others”

What is unhappiness? Is it the opposite of happiness?

What is unhappiness? Is it the opposite of happiness?

Occasionally I find myself mumbling to myself: ‘I am not happy.‘ Add the scrunched up face…

What does that mean that I am not happy?

How do I know I am not happy? Continue reading “What is unhappiness? Is it the opposite of happiness?”

What is the difference between a field and a context?

What is the difference between a field and a context?

Oh… and why should you care? lol

First off: what’s a context?

The best way I can explain a context is that it’s a backdrop. Like the background in front of whatever is happening happening. You are unaware of it, and therefore your actions are not consistent with what people expect. You are offensive. Or you are disagreeable. Or you are out of line. How to get out of the rut you are in? Get unstuck…

How to get out of the rut you are in? Get unstuck…

Simple answer: You lack skills and capacities…

You can boil water, make coffee in the coffee maker. Drive a car, open your smartphone… You are not quite hopeless… or are you? Not quite hapless either… or are you?

One of the measurements in the Starting Point Measurements is your vocabulary: how well  do you actually know, how accurately know what words mean…

Here we look into words (distinctions) that define your ability to live a good life… skills, competencies, abilities and such. Continue reading “How to get out of the rut you are in? Get unstuck…”

I am learning something I hoped I’d never learn…

I am learning something I hoped I’d never learn…

People, when they are diagnosed with a life-threatening disease, they are willing to change what got them to have that disease.

Temporarily.

With only a few exceptions. My younger brother is one… He had a triple bypass AND gall stones a few years ago. About 10 years ago.

He dropped all his access weight, started to move a whole lot more, started to eat differently… for a while.

I just measured his health measurements… and he is not well… again. Continue reading “I am learning something I hoped I’d never learn…”

Responsibility: what can you be responsible for?

Responsibility: what can you be responsible for?

Sophie, I loved your Legrande coaching call. It was incredible. I still cant get over it how much lessons in there that were so amazing.

When you say the only thing we are responsible for is an attitude and action do you mean ours only? Continue reading “Responsibility: what can you be responsible for?”

Self-trust… a linchpin capacity… can you develop it?

Self-trust… a linchpin capacity… can you develop it?

scared-to-take-the-next-stepHow do you develop yourself to be able to move forward? To grow?

Many of my coaching students are at a crucial point in their lives where unless something happens, they probably won’t move forward.

Fear, unclarity, self-centeredness, belligerence…

The main attitude is different for each person. Not one person resembles another in what seems to block their path.

A perfect example of the Anna Karenina Principle: a deficiency in any one of a number of factors dooms an endeavor to failure. All happy families are alike; each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way

All people who move forward are alike. All stuck people are stuck in their own way.

1 thing, 1 principle, 1 distinction: turn your life around

1 thing, 1 principle, 1 distinction: turn your life around

One of the crucial steps in the 67 steps, is Step #26. It’s about having both belts and suspenders so you always have something to hold up your pants… your life… your health… And your relationships… your livelihood. That step is a step that has been paying me dividends for years now.

Having both a best and a suspender is a distinction…

It began when I first heard it. In 2016. Continue reading “1 thing, 1 principle, 1 distinction: turn your life around”
