I have always wondered why the United States of America is one of the unhealthiest countries.
And today I got my answer:
In America it is not hip to be sick or ill.
It is only hip to continue doing what you have been doing, work, being a hero, and still expect to get well.
Why? Because you know better? You have no idea!
What do you think heals you? Medication? Healing energy?
No. The only thing really that heals you is your brain. And if your brain is busy doing other things, homework, dinner, running errands, etc. Then it is not available to heal you.
I do some remote healing, but not much.
I only use one energy to heal, the Big Bundle.
It’s an interesting energy I stole from an Indian dude some 10-12 years ago.
I asked Source to duplicate it, and it did…
Why do I say it’s an interesting energy?
Because it performs two functions.
- it chisels away stuff the shouldn’t be there… like a sonic toothbrush
- and it alerts consciousness that it isn’t doing its job: the brain allows bad stuff to happen on its watch.
So when someone is busy doing ‘not-sick’ things, no matter how much the energy chisels away, the brain doesn’t have any energy or attention left to do what only the brain can do…
HEAL.
Only the brain can heal
Chiseling is not healing. It could be part of healing, but it is just part, like a surgery.
You can die after a surgery if your brain isn’t interested in healing you. If your brain doesn’t like you… you are shit out of luck.
And if you have lived a life of ‘I know‘ unearned, I promise your brain doesn’t like you.
And all this activity you continue doing while you are sick is still part of ‘I know’.
In addition to not being willing to be sick, Americans are not willing to rest either.
Somehow the ETHOS of the country is ‘don’t rest! kill yourself!‘ or at least look busy!
Now, is this true about other countries?
No, it isn’t. It’s unique to this country… and it is killing us.
Not me… I rest a lot. And when I am not well, I go to bed and allow my brain to do its job.
Even watching stupid TV is working against healing.
Eat light fare. Drink lots of water. Sleep. Boring? Good. It is supposed to be boring.
