Yesterday I was working one-on-one with a client.
I asked her to stick/push her chest out and she didn’t know what to do.
After watching this video I see that her thoracic spine isn’t flexible enough.
So this is a somewhat disappointing thought, but if someone wants to activate the power, they will need to make their spines more flexible… or they are sh!t out of luck.
Here is a video of a trainer showing how to push your chest out…
Can’t do it? Then you need to train your spine, so it becomes limber again.
The wave cannot go through the spine if it is not flexible enough. The wave is what turns on the three power switches…
If you don’t specifically address the flexibility of the spine, then by now it is probably stiff… And that is how most chiropractors make so much money.
Had I known what I know now, I would have saved a hundred grands and hundreds of hours a year for 30 years.
I am 75, and finally I don’t need a chiropractor, my spine is as flexible as that of a 18 year old… in spite of sitting all day.
My breakthrough came with buying the trueback and using it several times a day.
Backwards and forwards. If you don’t know what it means, you probably don’t have the trueback.
And with using that I suddenly had access to the switches, and now they are on all the time…
So the moment I notice they are not on, and to me it is obvious, I become miserable, complaining, feeling like a victim, I whip out my trueback and use it for a few days again.
And here is an instructional video on how to use it.
But honestly, this is not how I use it. I stay on it for 15 seconds max in each direction. Instead I do it several times a day. But it is your choice.
Honestly, if your back is not flexible enough, you won’t be able to turn on the wave…
So even just to turn on the intention the trick is in the spine.
