I don’t feel like writing an article.
It feels like unless I am careful, I am slipping into a depressed state. This happens around Daytime Savings Time… I get confused and sleep too much. And the body decides that it’s time to go into hibernation.
I have been able to stop this process every time for the past few years… so I am confident that I’ll be able to come back fast.
But this post, instead of an article, will be a few links… links to stuff I found useful reading.
Who are you really?
If you have been disappointed in yourself, because you said one thing and did another, because you planned to do one thing and as soon as you got to it, you didn’t do it… then you need to know that there is a disconnect between what you think and what you believe.
Roy Williams book excerpt will point it out to you… Based on this excerpt make a list of what you believe… Then submit the list to me, and I’ll muscletest for you if you really believe that.
So far, no matter who I have tested this with… we got a clear answer why things don’t go according to plan. Really worth looking.
