Unless you learn how to identify with the Witness aka Observer, you’ll be miserable for the rest of your life. Guaranteed.
It’s Sunday. Ever since I woke up the Negative Emotion Transmission has been very strong today. Stronger than on a weekday.
It is by design. The owners of the transmission want to spread misery on your day off. Why? I don’t know.
What is your recourse? You can’t protect yourself from the misery transmission.
You can do three things, maybe four.
- You can suppress your feelings.
- You can spend your time analyzing why you are miserable
- You can take pills, get drunk, drown yourself in sex…
- You can learn to feel and live your life from the Observer’s position.
The first three “solutions” consider the misery transmitted, your own misery, the misery you need to deal with, some way. The price you pay: everything you got… happiness, joy, relatedness, intimacy, productivity… your life.
The fourth solution is going to take some work, and it is going to take awareness, but that is the only price to pay. Some work, some awareness.
What you get in return? Your life back.

Your dominant emotions and your vibration
According to the old method established by David Hawkins, your emotions say a lot about your level of consciousness.
It’s not so. No one, at any level of vibration, is exempt or protected from the Dark Side misery transmitted to the planet, 24 hours a day. No one.
Whether you are conscious of it or not doesn’t matter: your body reacts regardless.
The question is: what are you doing with the feelings?
- You can identify with them, and then misery ensues. And illness. And bad results, bad relationships, incoherence… A life not worth living.
or
- You can watch the feelings, and identify with the watcher.
You are still going to feel the misery, but it won’t be yours, it will be just something that you feel. No need to react to it, no guidance can be gleaned from it… it is just like bad smell, or noise… you need to learn to live with it.
Your body may react, but it won’t react as strongly as if you identified with your feelings. Your mind may react, but not as strongly as if you identified with your feelings, or your mind, for that matter.
In the world we live in, in the era we live in, there is no escape.
Whether we learn to live with it and still have a good life or not, is entirely up to us. Entirely up to you.

Whew, that explains it. I was so miserable all morning and, try as I might, I couldn’t move into the Observer position. I started wallowing in all the reasons I could find to be miserable. Fortunately, I realized that wasn’t such a good idea, LOL, and I stopped it and turned to a great solution: I dove into reading your articles and after a while I was able to move into the Observer position and no longer be drowning in the misery.
