Law of Attraction, manifestation, and other voodoo stuff has been around for about 10 years, or at least that’s when I first heard about it.
The teachers of this voodoo stuff share one thing in common: their vibration is low and their vibrational shift as a result of the Activation of the Original Design is slower.
Wow, how does that make sense?
Well, it is not very intuitive, but I trust that you will understand. And maybe some of these teachers will read this article and change some of their ways.
It seems that this Human Game is all centered around The Deal. The Deal? yes, from now that’s what I will be calling this ground rule agreement that we didn’t know we made.
The Deal:
You can get anything you want from Source on the condition that
1. You ask for it directly from Source (i.e. you connect directly to Source, in a two-way connection)
2. You promise to use what you get to further expand your vessel.
Is this what the Law of Attraction people teach? No.
They teach you to connect to the stuff you want. They teach you that the stuff will automatically move towards you. They teach you that by connecting to the stuff you change your vibration to that of the stuff, and that is what does the trick.
Ultimately, they continue the type of teaching that comes from the Tree of Knowledge, not from the Tree of Life.
The Tree of Life symbolizes directly connecting to the Source of everything.
The Tree of Knowledge symbolizes making assumptions and considering them truth from the limited perspective of the human mind.
The Law of Attraction is a Tree of Knowledge distinction, and it is flawed.
The teachers of this magical thinking practice are hell-bent to protect themselves from Tree of Life knowledge.
After all their whole system would collapse under the scrutiny of higher knowledge.
After all they would have to learn something new, something real to be able to help you.
The Law of Attraction teachers are today’s “Medicine Men” jumping around the fire with painted faces, chanting, smoking potent drugs, murmuring incantations, and you, my dear reader, are enchanted, mesmerized, and pay through your nose.
The Deal is simple. Everyone can do it. Even YOU!
The Law of Attraction is perfect for extorting money.
The Law of Attraction doesn’t work, but accidentally, some people, some of the time, get what they want, and that randomness is the perfect addictive element that ties unevolved, primitive species, like most of humanity.
I once did an experiment with my cats: I fed them at random times, never enough to satiate them.
In less than a week they hung around me, they only slept with one eye open, kind of expecting me to whistle “you got food” any moment.
Addiction done. Do you recognize?
You are addicted to magic, because you are too lazy and too intellectually slothful to actually work for what you want.
The Law of Attraction people know that.
When I initially read “Ask and You Shall Receive” and listened to the audios and discussed the material with a group of friends, I found it very helpful to me for where I happened to be at the time. It provided me with some structure and tools that I was able to use for insight and to increase my vibrational frequency.
Then came the concept of “Vortex of Attraction”, which I found to be somewhat murkier in concept, and the explanations that went with it did not quite resonate with me – probably for the same reasons that you've outlined in this article.
Thanks for outlining your concept of the distinction between Tree of Life (source) knowlege and Tree of Knowledge (other than source) knowledge – it's seems like a useful distinction to make when evaluating.
I think I'd rather go to the source 🙂
